Introduction to Insulating Rubber Mats:

Insulating rubber mats, also known as insulating mats, insulating pads, insulating gaskets, or insulating blankets, are widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, laboratories, and live working outdoors.

Made from rubber insulating materials, the upper and lower surfaces of the insulating mat should be free from harmful irregularities. Harmful irregularities refer to features that disrupt uniformity or damage the smooth surface profile, such as small holes, cracks, local bulges, cuts, embedded conductive foreign objects, folds, voids,凹凸波纹, and casting marks. Harmless irregularities refer to surface irregularities formed during the production process.

Excellent physical and mechanical properties, with superior insulation performance, suitable for use in dry environments with high dielectric requirements between -35°C and +100°C. Tested at 43KV, it operates normally at 660V. Widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, laboratories, and live working outdoors. It should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and at least 20cm above the ground and walls. Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis, and oils, and do not store outdoors to prevent direct sunlight.

Insulating rubber mats are widely used in substations, power plants, distribution rooms, laboratories, and live working outdoors.

They should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment, away from heat sources, and at least 20cm above the ground and walls. Avoid contamination by acids, alkalis, and oils, and do not store outdoors to prevent direct sunlight.

Performance of Our Insulating Rubber Mats
